On ********** I opened a dispute in regards to funds not received at an ATM location, yet the amount was deducted from my account. I have contacted the bank whom owns the ATM and they can verify I never received funds from the ATM. I have contacted Bluebird by phone several times and continue to get told the dispute is still being investigated. It has been ** days and I continue to get told different information by different phone representatives* the only thing they agree on is the dispute is still being investigated. I would like the $***.** deducted from my account to be put back. I have quite frankly had enough of the run around. If in thee days I can take the time to have the bank whom owns the ATM verify the transactions were not valid and that I did not receive any funds. Why haven't I heard anything or received my money back from Bluebird in almost two weeks? I would like the funds credited back to my account today please. Up to this point I have never had an issue that was not resolved quickly and fairly. This is causing my family hardships and I am beginning to believe I may need to take legal action against the company. Please just resolve the issue by returning the funds to my account and everything will be fine.
