I was trying to pay my car insurance ... Since the website is down AGAIN, I can't pay my car insurance. I will be ending my use of this card as soon as I can change where my direct deposit goes. This happens far too often for a company like American Express to have it's name on it. I'm disgusted by the treatment you are giving to people. They think they are getting a quality product from a brand they trust, but obviously American Express is just ******** over poor people like every other big company. You are dragging your own name through the dirt. All I want to know is what you get out of it. There must be a payoff for the company, since you have this same problem over and over and you leave us with no way to contact you for answers or resolution to the issue. I hope millennials shut you down.
I've been using bluebird for * years. I've had direct deposit the whole time. I have money in my account to pay my bills. If I can't pay my bills with it, this card is useless.
I just want my car insurance paid. I want access to my money.
I've been a customer for * years. This is an ongoing problem. I've continued using the card because it always paid my bills on time, and it has many features I like. Not being able to pay my bills on time makes all of that not matter.
I called customer service and they don't have any people. It's just an automated system.
