Today I put money on my card and then paid my cellphone bill. My cellphone carrier tells me the payment was declined but it shows that it was taken off my card and is on hold. I need for you to please reverse the transaction so I can resubmit my payment to my phone carrier. I can't wait for the * or * days this has to be taken care of immediately otherwise I will not have a phone and I will not be very pleased.
