I recieved a new card. I called to activate it, since for some reason it wouldnt let me do it on the website, which ended up locking me out of my account. Now on the website and the app, its saying my card is not activated. But, when I call the customer service number, it says it is.
GetHuman-writingq did not yet indicate what Bluebird by American Express should do to make this right.
