We do love blue apron its been great...however....** We have tried to cancel our order. For some reason it will not go through....just keeps "thinking" and wont complete the page send. **Second, there has been two boxes left at the office on the front desk...when we specifically were not even in ....one time it was for that week or even ** days. Our Office is a building where other people work there too...but they are just not part of our business...*So we walked into the office (which we share with another business) had been closed up over the weekend- food had been dropped off (left on desk) for a whole weekend..... Completely smelled up our office with rotten food. TWICE NOW.... once it was left outside the big main entrance office door (in the heat).... our next door neighbors brought it over.*I have also previously went in online and selected my meals and the ones selected were not the ones delivered. keep sending a bunch of chicken which would not be our choice. **Im most concerned that the two boxes of food i paid $** * for each box and had rotted.... id like them credited back.**not sure if this is a fed ex issue or what but either way they should have kept the food (and returned) or tried to redeliver next day.... no note was left by delivery drivers...just rotten food?**The one we got last week has mold on top and a soggy box.**Please let me know if I need to call or explain with more detail. Thank you for your time.
