Help with my Bill.com issue
GetHuman-jtfuture's next move: talk to Bill.com when they open.
Bill.com's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jtfuture a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-jtfuture's own words
Pay a vendor a large sum of money for services rendered ... JTFuturequest sent over $**** to Evolutionary paint over a week ago and it has not been received.*I want to know why.*I would also like to know where my $***** is.
Bill.com has the worst customer service I've ever seen. My problem has not been resolved. I cannot find anyone to speak to about it. And my next phone call is going to be tomorrow lawyer if I don't hear from somebody regarding the money I sent to my vendor using bill.com. my account has already been debited and my vendor has not received payment.
I want my money delivered to my vendor or I want it returned to me. I want to speak to a human being regarding this issue.
Less than a month, I expected the money debited from my account to be paid to my vendor. I expected to be able to resolve this issue in a timely manner. I expected to speak to a human regarding this issue.
I have no idea what to do next. If I don't hear from somebody, the next thing I will be trying is to seek legal action.
