Betty Crocker Customer Service Issues

I bought a Betty Crocker Kettle from Walmart on 11/27/[redacted] with the model number BC-2855CTKettle. When I got it home, I noticed it was a bit loud, but it was still okay. Unfortunately, by the next day, the noise became unbearable, and it was even louder than the TV in the other room. On top of that, the kettle sometimes doesn't shut off when it reaches a boil. I no longer have the box it came in, but I would like to return the item. Please let me know what steps I should take. Thank you.

Today while making red velvet cake, I noticed black and silver slivers in the mix which were hard and couldn't be broken. Even when rinsed under water, they remained hard. As a precaution, I disposed of the mix down the drain and used a different box that didn't have the slivers. I hope this is not a common issue as I had to discard the mix to prioritize my family's safety.

I recently purchased five chocolate cake mixes from your company. Upon opening one of the sealed plastic bags inside the cake mix box, I discovered a cobweb of cocoon silk and small larvae. This was a shocking and disappointing experience as your products have always been of high quality. After checking the other boxes with the same expiration date, I found another contaminated cake mix. I have a background as a microbiologist at the FDA and understand these situations can occur, but two out of five contaminated boxes seem excessive. I have pictures of the contaminated mix and would like to send them to you, along with the expiration dates and processing numbers.

I purchased Scooby Doo fruit snacks for myself and my kids, but I am disappointed with the inconsistency in the product. Hello, I am a fan of the red velvet cake mix and usually purchase various types each month for my family. However, recently I bought the red velvet cake mix from Tesco in Truro, Cornwall, with the expiration date 08/05/22 and code L[redacted]2. Considering the amount I have spent on your products over the past year, and with a few birthdays upcoming, I was hoping to receive some assistance. The Blueberry Muffin Mix package claims to make 6 muffins, but my experience was very disappointing. Despite the great taste, the resulting muffins were only half the size of a normal muffin. It seems like there is not enough mix in the 6.5 oz package to deliver on the promised quantity. I suggest adding more product to the package or only guaranteeing 4 decent sized muffins. If I had used my cupcake pans, the muffins might have looked as tall as in the picture, but it's important to remember that cupcakes and muffins are different. Just a heads up, I am a 76-year-old from Florida with a long history of cooking and baking.

My father is diabetic and can only eat angel food cake. I bake a cake weekly, but recently I've been using the newer-designed Betty Crocker mix. Unfortunately, the last six cakes have not risen properly and the texture is off. When I could find the old packaging, the cakes turned out fine. Have you altered the recipe? I bought the [redacted] pack of Baking cups expecting festive primary & bright holiday colors. However, the colors bled onto my muffin pan, raising concerns about color bleeding into my muffins. The papers lost their color completely. I do not recommend this product for safety reasons. I threw away the rest of the papers and recommend additional testing on these baking cups.
