On ********** I went the the Benton Harbor, MI Best Buy to purchase a Note ** for Verizon. I explained to the associate that I had ordered a case that was being delivered Friday, *****. While purchasing the phone I asked the associate for a screen protector. He said that it would cost an additional $*-* to install it. He also said that with the Note ** screen, I would not need a screen protector as it is crack and scratch resistant. I followed his advice and waited for the data transfer. He discussed the restocking fee if I chose to exchange or return the phone. My new case has been delivered but there are little light scratches on the screen. I noticed these yesterday (Thanksgiving) I am so upset. I could not wait to purchase this new phone and wanted the screen protector but was talked out of it. I have not dropped or been careless with the phone. These small scratches seem to be from putting the phone in my pocket. What can I do? This is a very expensive phone and it is already damaged. Can I return it? Pay the restocking fee and get it exchanged? Please help.
