The issue in GetHuman-jayvso's own words
We made a down payment of ****$ on a brand new Washer and Dryer and Refrigerator in February to lock in the price and guarantee to have it delivered to our new house in August.**In May we received a phone call that in order to guarantee the items being available we needed to pay in full. After explaining we are a military family being stationed in Germany we were pressured in paying over the phone so we did. August came and we received a new dryer and an open box washer. We called the store and asked for assistance as we paid for a new one only to be told it was back ordered, but that we could use the used washer in the meantime. We were ok with that until we we saw the big puddle of water on our new Floors as this washer was leaking. We called the store and they scheduled an Appointment for a service technician to come out for repair on the **th between *-*pm . We were fine with that also. At * pm still no one at our house so we called the store again and were told they are on their way. At *.** pm the DELIVERY CREW came out because they were told to check the connections?!? Of course the issue wasn't the connection. We decided to wait it out until * September to receive our new washer. On *** we receive a call about a time window for the morning. Morning comes and goes and still no washer only to find out after calling the store that it's back ordered for another month?!? This is by far the worst experience we have ever experienced and the customer service is horrible.**Dennis the manager( selma tx location) was so rude and gave us two options: Either return everything or pay the difference in price for the matching dryer ( color difference is ***$)**We believed this was not acceptable as were made to believe we will receive the washer today *** ( voice mail available with delivery ) my husband took of time twice for this and then to be treated like this is just crazy.**We ended up having the items picked up * weeks again and are STILL waiting to get our money back as the bestbuy associate said we can only have two options: either get it back on the bb credit card or gift card....WHAT...we paid ****$ with a debit card and the remainder on our bb Credit card. No one is willing to help not even customer service as I have been on the phone and talked to * differnt people in the last * hours. I am frustrated and don't don't what we can do :(
