Dear Best Buy,**** months ago I bought Yoga *** computer at your store. This is the third time I have the exact same problem- the screen is blinking.* It started * weeks after I bought the computer, and wanted my money back, but your company dragged me and your customer service was poorly managed WITH DOZENS OF CALLS AND EMAILS THAT I SAVED. *Although I deserved to get my money back your poor costumer service declined my requirements.** I got the same computer "fixed" with the screen uninstalled.**After two days the computer started blinking again second time in two months after you "fixed" it .** I sent it back to the US and Best buy, witch my computer was bought from them, said Lenovo refused to give me a new computer although I bought a damaged one. They sent it to Lenovo labs once again and said that Lenovo will give me a new one if this blinking happens again.**After six months, a week ago, the blinking started again FOR THE THIRD TIME. After dozens of Emails and calls, sending your computer to a lab for the second time and loss of dozens of hours of work and study.**Because the purchase was from your store I DEMAND TO GET A NEW ONE AND STOP THIS ** MONTHS SAGA. THIS IS INTERFERING WITH MY WORK, STUDIES AND EVERYDAY LIFE.
