I purchased a cooktop and a wall oven. Both have been rescheduled for delivery and installation. I responded to yet another email today telling that rescheduling was required. I called the number in the email and waited a fairly long time. A recording came on and asked if I would like to have my call returned. I said yes and put in my number. Received a call back in about ** minutes. Chris could not verify the email information I received. I asked for a supervisor. I waited ** minute and no one came to the phone. I called customer service and was transferred. I waited ** minutes for him. BestBuy does not respect it's customers and does not value it's customers time. Supervisors hide from issues and corporate is unavailable. This is why you won't get any more of my money. I will certainly share this experience with everyone I know. You can email me the same way I emailed you.
