My wife ordered a new tablet on July *th early in the morning and was able to select same-day shipping to our apartment. I selected same-day because I needed this tablet today due to time constraints. The order was placed before the cut-off time for same day, and the status of the order said it was "getting it ready" for * hours before I got nervous, knowing the location it was coming from was closing at *pm. I called up support, who bounced me over to the service that was going to deliver it (deliv) who told me for some reason it was still in process at the store and wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow. I'd like to know why my same day order, placed before the time window elapsed for same day delivery, now won't be delivered until tomorrow and why the status on the website still says it's getting ready (at *:**pm) and will be delivered today. What happened?
