I placed an order for a $*** gift card *-**-** Order number *CND*RN*KRN. I messed the *st order and dealt with someone on E-chat who told me that there was no order and to place it again. I did and because there were * back to back $*** charges my bank put my account on hold. Called bank and they released it. I’m not even sure what or who I talked to next, which had to be about ** people in you company. If I got past the automated ****. One representative kept asking me if I was in Canada because the order number wasn’t from the US. I told I was in Florida and in fact it was in the US. Course don’t ask the Trumpster. Who knows where he thinks it is. She referred me to another number. I checked with PayPal and it was all good. By some miracle on Tuesday a rep told me to call Star something or other and they could show it paid and complete the order. Low and behold I got the confirmation and relaxed. This gift is for my brother for his birthday which is the **th. I haven’t called him to see if he got it but he would have called me. It’s his **th birthday and he has Parkinson’s and he is doing so well, I went to Oregon last year and we were able to hike a mountain called Fugi Mountain at around **** ft, I think. He just came out of the dark ages and bought a new TV from you and he loves it. We are college basketball people and he said he had been trouble following the ball. He watched the NBA came the other night, the one that Kevin Durant got injured. Crying shame there. And he saw the basketball. Anyway he wants a new receiver from you guys and I wanted to help him. Anyway I got an email saying the ecard was delivered, but when I go to check it on your website it says that’s not a valid order number. Called again rep says it was delivered. Now I don’t know if the email coming to me with the * cards to me at the same time but I haven’t gotten that either. Best I can tell nobody has gotten anything. Another NBA game on tonight and he is gonna go back and look for receivers and I want him to get the best one. I’m sure it’s more than $*** but that’ll help. Here is an additional problem. As you can see when I write a message or text it usually becomes the size of a short novel as you can tell. I know you don’t want to get a sequel to it from me so can you please help me. Please
