You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-fmowka's own words
On May ** my daughter bought a Samsung S* phone which was advertised for **.** per month for ** months. She requested to purchase it outright for the price and was charged ***. Her order number is *************. When we returned to the store requesting the refund for the difference Tracey Coney, the sales manager, would not refund the difference. I believe that the sales person was negligent in not stating there was a price difference and falsifying the advertisement of the purchase. I am very upset of the store manager not wanting to honor what was misrepresented to my daughter. Prior to returning the phone I wanted to give Best Buy the chance to honor their sales. I believe this was a switch and bait on the sales persons behalf. **Please advise on how to proceed.**Frank Mowka
