I was scheduled for an install at Bethlehem best buy after buying what i needed in Whitehall best buy. Iwas told at Whitehall best buy that i had everything i needed. I even went back * days before scheduled install & got a list of everything they said i needed & checked off my merchandise. Well we dropped it off for install cause i had to work till *pm & when i got out of work i was told by the bethlehem best buy installer Luis that we had a problem. He said that whitehall sold me the wrong stuff for install & he still proceeded with install knowing the speakers weren't the right ones & that he didn't have what he needed for my steering wheels control & back up camera. He said he tried to call me but had wrong number & that he has nothing to do with the problem or what Whitehall best buy sold me. Once again he said he has nothing to do with that or Whitehall. I find it mind boggling that as a total tech member he didn't have my right number. Everything is on recipts & he still installed the wrong speaker, did not install back up camera & was totally unprofessional about the whole situation. My truck is still at Bethlehem center & i refuse to pick it up until what i paid for is installed. I paid alot of money for this stuff & it's super frustrating when he tells me he has nothing to do with the problem. I really need your help in getting them to correct the problem & i shouldn't have to wait another month & a half for an install. Please help
