We went to store ***** yesterday, March **, to pick up the Crimes of Grindelwald steelbook. Display was empty but Mom asked a worker if the computer said one was available. One in the store. Cashier Tiffany called the manager, Chris, and he started looking for us. At first there was nothing but then Jeff pitched in as well. After roaming the store for ** minutes, Will at home theater asked if we needed help. Mom told him the story and he also went to look for it! Five minutes later an excited Will came out holding the last steelbook for us. Cashier Tiffany did call Regency in the hopes that they’d have one if they couldn’t find it. All four employees were thrilled they had found one for us and we couldn’t be more thankful. No customer service team ANYWHERE is like the BestBuy at River City in Jacksonville, FL. All four deserve major praise for their amazing efforts!
