I had a bad experience with Best Buy Geek Squad chat on ***. The agent was Shane. I am having trouble with the mail application on my MacBook Pro. The agent asked if I had tried a restart. I said yes. He then said I should reload the application. This was after no other questions or suggestions. I am retired after ** years in the IT department of Liberty Mutual. I am fairly knowledgeable regarding computers. I also know when I am speaking with someone who is clueless and just working off of a script. It must be poorly written. Guess I'll have to bring my computer into a Best Buy store for service.
