My refigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher arrived today. I specifically requested that the refrigerator doors should open from left to right. The delivery guys told me that were not informed of that and could not do it. I want someone to come and put the refrigerator doors on the way that I requested them when I made the purchase.**The Samsung refrigerator which they plugged in is making a humming sound and is warm to the touch on the left side. I want someone to come and check it to see if there is a problem.**** A plumber is coming later today to install the stove. I was not told that I needed to have an electrical outlet installed above my stove to accommodate the microwave so now I have to have an electrician come. If they cannot work this out I will have to return the microwave.**They delivery fellows assured me that they will come back to get the old appliances once I have the new ones installed since I paid for that service. I want written confirmation that you will come back to get the old appliances and packing materials as per the promise that was made when I made the purchase.**The truck made a huge gap in the grass in my yard which I did not notice until they left. I have photos to show what it looks like and will send them if you give me a proper email address. I want someone to come and fill in the gap in the grass left by the truck.**Thank you for your assistance with these matters.*Sincerely,*Anne Hummer
