The issue in GetHuman-cadunn's own words
I purchased * iPhones * plus because of a promotion that was being offered. I was suppose to get *** e-gift card per phone. However, I was only sent one. After placing the order I called into customer care and spoke with a gentleman who informed me that Best Buy would send me the gift card after I picked up the order. So I picked up the order and called in to customer care who I forked me that they can only mail me the gift card. Which is unacceptable and not the promotion that was advertised. The only reason I purchased these phones was because of the advertised promotion. If I can’t get my second gift card sent via email then I would like to return there’s items to you guys and I’m not paying a restocking fee. If the first representative would have told me that the beat buy would have to mail me my gift card I would have cancelled the order altogether. However, I was instructed by a Best Buy employee to pick up my order and then call back to have e-gift card sent. I also spoke to Brandy the supervisor who only gave me the option to get this mailed and I asked to speak with someone higher up and she said no one was there and she couldn’t give me names of a person I could speak with
