I bought it new at your St Louis (south) store. Your people couldn't fix it so they asked for my permission to send it back to the manufacturer for repair. I okayed it. Instead, I found out after hearing nothing from anyone for a week that they had sent it to Brooks, KY which I understand is your repair facility. It took eight days for UPS to get this computer from Cape to Brooks, a distance of *** miles - little over a four hour drive. What class of shipment is this?*It got there, according to your reports, at **** AM on *****, and according to UPS Tracking at **** AM *****. It was assigned to an agent at **** AM on **** and by ****, they had inspected it, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts. In two minutes?*Would you believe anything Best Buys people were telling you now? *Over the years I have bought everything from televisions and laptop computers to deep freezes, washers, and dryers from Best Buys. When I called your agents at Cape to find out the status of my laptop, I had to put considerable pressure on them to even find out where they'd sent it. It was supposed to have gone back to the manufacturer, not your repair facility. That's where they asked me about sending it. *I originally bought the Yoga *** on ********. Had to return it the next day because of problems with it and upgraded (and paid for) to the Yoga *** instead of keeping the ***. Now, I have spent over $*,***.** and made three round trips, two to St Louis and one to Cape Girardeau, each of over *** miles, and still sitting here without my laptop. *My biggest complaints are that I do not know the status of my computer since I can't believe the updates I'm getting from Best Buys, that I was not made aware of where my computer was sent until I called your store and insisted a week after they took it and that they sent it to your repair facility instead of the manufacturer as I'd been told.*Over the years, I've bought everything at your stores from computers and televisions to deep freezes, washers, and dryers, and I do not appreciate being treated like this. *In these days, when HP can take your new laptop in Tennessee on a Thursday morning, ship it to Houston, Texas, put in a new hard drive, ship it back and have it in your hands Saturday morning of the same week, this kind of service is unacceptable.*I want my computer repaired, working, and back in my hands!**Al Rohrer
