I took my Dell laptop to the Geek Squad in Best Buy (Empress Walk shopping mall). after they returned my laptop, there was some ***** left inside which caused dead CPU. The store manager told me they can only credit me $*** towards the purchase of a new laptop. *I then bought a gaming laptop value of $*,*** Plus * years warranty. They waived *years protection & honored it as my compensation.*My invoice shows $*,*** dollar laptop plus $*** warranty. **Now after * years, my laptop battery is %*** dead. I took it to geek squad in (Highway *). after * weeks they called me and said the part is not available & they can replace the laptop or provide me with a gift card of the same value. *I went to the store and customer service manager told me while this laptop is no longer available with the same ID number, they can only provide gift card of $*,*** as it shows on my receipt. And I have to purchase a new warranty. **So I am not satisfied as the same laptop with the same features is $*,*** on Best Buy Plus I have to spend another $*** on warranty. It's not fair. I paid the warranty $*** to protect me for * years not * years and also to protect me towards any device defect. After * disaster experience with geek squad, I will never try Best Buy for my electronic purchases. **Please help me
