I want to get the product i ordered at the price i ordered it ... Im hoping you can help me or give me the best advice you can to proceed in solving my problem.* I purchased online a Nest E thermostat and a ring doorbell * on ***** with the promotion of a free echo dot. Order number is BBY**-************.**On ***** I noticed there is a problem with your address system. My address which is "place" defaults to "ave" in your system. I called the customer service number to inform them of this and the woman I spoke to said she would take care of it. She said she intercepted the package with UPS and corrected the address. I wanted to be sent to the store to avoid any problems but she assured me that UPS will redirect the package and it will arrive. I asked if the system will show the updated address and she said yes.* A few days later I rechecked the best buy system and it still showed my address incorrectly as "Ave". So I called best buy customer service again. The man I spoke to said that even though the system said the wrong address, that it has been corrected with UPS and it will arrive at my house.* The next day the system said delivered when it in fact had not.* I called a *rd time.* I spoke to a nice woman that said it was returned to sender and she would reship everything. * minutes later I received a text that the reshipment was cancelled.* I then made a *th phone call and spoke to Diego the supervisor and he said there is nothing he can do, that I need to order it all again and they cannot honor the price I paid.* I was astonished how after all that inconvenience, through no fault of my own, even the supervisor couldnt make it right.* I am not asking for anything extra for my lost time or inconvenience,* I just want the products at the price I paid.***I then went into best buy store in Doral near the international mall to get more information and ask for help. They sent me to you.**I truly hope you can help me out or send me to right person that can help me.****Thank you for your time and Merry Christmas****Mr. Josse Fain
