Help with my Best Buy issue

I gave a gift card info:****-****-****-**** Pin***** for $**. A copy of my order clearly shows that my gift card was accepted. I was charged $**.**but with the gift included the total of the order should be $$**.** . Please credit my credit card ending in ***** for the $** gift card. M. Clements

My isssue had been corrected by the time I made my call to Best Buy costumer service. I had a copy of my order and so I described the problem , which was a credit that should have been given.....I was told that the credit had been given and so the correct amount of my order would be shown on my credit card. So I will wait and see what happens. The customer serice person was very responsive to my situation so I was very relieved that there wasn't any problem correcting the problem.
