The issue in GetHuman-toronimo's own words
* *** months ago, I looked at an “Acer Nitro *” which was $*** for an i* ****h and gtx **** to. There was another version at the time that had an i* ****HQ and it was going for $***. My dad debated that the laptop was too thick and we later came back to the store to buy it. They said that the laptop had ran out of stock and is receiving more on July *th. Note: the specs were i* ****h gtx **** ti and then on July *th, we got the laptop, but it had an i* ****HQ instead with the rest the same specs* i* ****h is **% faster. I then waited months since I was very uncertain if I read it wrong, but now that I think about, I believe they gave us the wrong model. I know there is ** day money back guarantee but I was very uncertain at the time to know that. The issue can be resolved by having the current model replaced with the new model. I believe the older model was more expensive at the time since it was less used.

GetHuman-toronimo did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
