On **** we went to the Jefferson City Best Buy to purchase a Mac Book Air- Model MQD**LL*A. We were trying to do a price match with Apple.Com which was $*** cheaper. District manager said it was a student discount (which I could not find anywhere on Apples website) so they would not honor it. We left store and decided to chat Best Buy on ****. We talked to someone and they gave us * different websites we could check. We found the same model number on bhphotovideo.com for $***. So we again went to the Jefferson City store. Salesman (he was great and the same one from Saturday) said shouldn't be a problem. Model numbers match and everything. Pulled one out of the locked storage we picked a case and were ready to buy. He called the manger over and she would not honor deal. The only excuse she gave us was it was cheaper then employee pricing. I don't understand at all. I thought the district manger was REALLY rude and the manager was not any better. How can chat tell you and then the salesman that everything is good to go. Why do I care about their employee price. I would like to be contacted on this issue. Thanks Lori Welch
