My daughter just used her phone to set up a new best buy card for me and we need to cancel it so she can use her phone to set one up for her instead, because your system doesn't seem to allow setting up * accounts from the same phone. I tried entering my info on the customer service line but since she just set up my account it must take time to get the info inputted as it wouldn't recognize my account number or social security for me to log in to try to talk to someone.
GetHuman1323275 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
