The issue in GetHuman1138923's own words
I was in the best buy in norman oklahoma on *-**-** and was purchasing a new samsung *s and was told that I qualify for buy * get * free samsung *s so I got the *nd phone and was told that on my *rd bill the *nd phone payments I made the * previous months would be credited back to my AT&T phone acct. Well its wasn't credited back so I called and at&t told me I had to have direct TV or add a line to get the buy * get one * free phone. Well best buy never said anything about this and i was told by not * employee but * employees that I that phone would be free as long as I didn't pay the first phone off early. I called the norman store and they told me the general manager wouldn't be in until sometime next week. So now I have to pay for a *nd phone that I was told by yall that it was free. This isn't right * employees told us this. I have been buying my phones from yall for years and even have use the geek squad and have a yearly plan with them. I really do think best buy needs to honor what the * employees told us. Hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you Sandra Coley
