We purchased a ** inch Samsung curved tv at Mesa store and a * yr extended warranty in Oct of ****. A week later, we called Best Buy because the tv color was faded and it was jumping. They replaced the tv. No problem. Yesterday, we noticed there was and black stripe down the middle of the tv screen so we called Best Buy. They informed us that we did not have an extended warranty. When they replaced the tv the first time, they cancelled out the purchase of the tv as well as the warranty we purchased. We were not informed that the warranty was cancelled. Now, we have a tv needing repair for over $*,*** and no warranty. We are retired and living on social security. Is there any way you can help us?
