Yesterday, on Aug **, I returned a Samsung S* unlocked phone because it was clunky and slow. * times I reset the phone. Each time I reloaded my apps and data, within a few days, it would get slow and lag responses. So I returned it because to me, that's not normal, so it's defective. I was charged the $** return fee on a phone I could not use! The store would not budge. **I bought a Sony Experia XA* Ultra while I was there. Today in email. I got an advertisment from Fry's electronics, advertising the exact same phone, model **** for $** less than I paid at Best Buy yesterday, using a promotion code. The bottom line is that it IS advertised, for $***.**. **AGAIN, I was REJECTED. Now I'm out $** plus tax. It pisses me off that I'm not treated fairly. The manager had the gall to suggest that I can bring the phone back, lose ANOTHER $** so I can buy the one from Fry's, and save a whole $**. I was livid at his stupidity!!!!! **I told him that I will NEVER step foot in Best Buy ever again as long as I live. I also intend to post this experience online in your forums as well at other sites. I'm one very PISSED OFF EX-CUSTOMER!!!! For a lousy $**. Hope it was worth it to you.**I found an email for customer service. I emailed them. They emailed back telling me they don't respond to problems anymore via email. BEST BUY *****!!!!!!! Other companies respond to emails. They're too big for their **** britches. BOYCOTT BEST BUY. They steal, they do not stand behind products, and they do not give a good **** about customers.
REFUND MY $** THEY STOLE.
