I am very disappointed with best buy customer service mainly the geek squad support. I purchased a $**** Samsung Q* ** inch tv. This tv has been out since end of June. This tv was purchased on May of **** of this year. It has taken over a month and half to half resolve this issue. After all this I was told my tv has depreciated and I have received * best buy cards of ****. I sincerely this is unfair due to fact it took the geek squad people over a month to tell me my tv has to be replaced. Now I am still without a TV of **inch and strongly feel I should at least receive a full refund of the amount I spent. I have purchased * more tv's around that May time totally $****. I strongly feel anyone that spend a total of over $**** to your cooperation should have at least receive replacement of the same purchase and prolonging the outcome of knowing a brand new tv was not gonna work should be held accountable for this. I truly like best buy but this is a very horrible experience and I feel if things like this continue you will definitely loose your best customers if you don't fix this problem or hire people to take more pride in their work. My email is with best buy with all my information and purchases. I wish your cooperate people or office will take heed to this and contact me.
