My order never arrived at my home. I contacted best buy to find out where it was they told me that my address was incomplete. I told them it was complete when I placed the order so it sounds like the best buy system failed to accept my information fully. I gave him (Patrick) my information AGAIN and he told me there was nothing he could do to get me my order and the only option is to have the ordered sent back to best buy. I'm infuriated, since when has best buy not been willing to assist their customers? I need to ensure I get a full refund because this is ridiculous. So disappointed
