The issue in GetHuman-steveged's own words
Bought a tv at NYC **th and Lex store Wednesday. Delivered Friday. Opened today when cable came to install and noticed screen smashed in. My wife walked to the store today in **** heat and was told a replacement could not be delivered for a week and she’d have to haul the broken one back. This is unacceptable. She had to go back and get the first one and take a cab back and bring the new one back in a cab in the heat. This ordeal will result in us NEVER buying anything ever again at Best Buy. This is terrible customer service. If this were my company I would have sent an employee to our apartment with the new tv and had him*her bring the broken one back. Never again. I’m done with Best Buy. Do NOT put this email on an email list.
