To whom this may concern,**I recently ordered a Samsung refrigerator at a local Best Buy store. The first issue I had with the service was that the delivery was not made in a timely fashion. We had requested to remove the current fridge that we had so that the new fridge would be installed. However, the new fridge was neither installed and nor was the old fridge taken out. It has been roughly * weeks since we order the fridge and best buy has failed to install the new fridge. My family and I are extremely dissatisfied with best buy's lack of coherence with the entire process. We will have to think twice before we can even consider buying from best buy ever again. We would like to return the fridge that hasn't been opened from its box as well as receive a full refund for the fridge. The Order Number is *************. **Thanks,*Sam Patel
