I will NEVER purchase Anything from Best Buy Ever. I purchased the ring ******* and a smart Thermo stat and have a rep tell him cause the way my door bell was positioned it would not work I understood that then he looked at my smart thermo stat and that my air condition unit was old he was not comfortable cause it might blow out my air condioner unit. I was so frustrated I went back to Best buy on ******* told the sales rep that Kyle came by and he said that he is not the best to come out and do the job, My question was why did they send him then. I purchased a Swann Smart Security System to have the on sight tech tell me he could not install the wired system because we had a * story house. He did not even check the attic . I was not happy said you can get a wireless one. Now I have to go back for the * rd time to return this item . I will NEVER do Business with Best Buy EVER .... There are so many other places to buy from that will be willing to help find the right solution for me... Never again . You lost a customer for life.
