I purchased a **” Sony HD TV for around $**** on May *, **** at the Best Buy Store in Neriden, CT. I have been reporting problems with it and the store manager (Megan) told me it was probably my cable company. Well my cable company finally came to my home and told me it was a ‘faulty-defective’ television set and should be replaced! It is a big purchase a little over a month old and the manager says there is NOTHING she can do since returning it had to be within ** days of purchase! I have had problems since May *th when I got it..... PLEASE HELP ME???? I don’t have that kind of money to just throw away on a brand new tv that doesn’t work properly!
