Received email from Best Buy that they could not fill an order. Best Buy gave option to cancel the order with links in the email to do that. I tried to cancel the order within ** hours of receiving the email using the links in the email but they failed with the error message the order was being processed. I then tried the 'GetHuman' option recommended. Supposedly I am to receive a phone call but after over * hours, I've heard NOTHING!!! *I stated the order number in the initial text to GetHuman . I want a phone call and I want verification the order has been canceled!
