Help with my Best Buy issue

Hello*I am from Sri lanka and i have ordered an Iphone X (*** gb) from an outlet in China Guanzhuo. This transaction was done through Sri lanka - China through mobile (over the phone) as they said that they will ship the product through Fedex after the payment is made. The total price for the iphone X was RS. ***,*** LKR which i agreed with. There onwards they said me to pay **% advance so then only i will receive the product and when i denied and agreed to pay RS. **,*** LKR that agent agreed to pay that and ship the product. Then he said that he spoke with tge management and they denied to ship the product and to repay another RS. **,*** LKR. I further agreed to that and paid that amount. Afterwards still they denied to ship the product with a total of RS. **,*** LKR and the agent said to pay another RS. **,*** LKR to ship the product immediately. After an hour he was making excuses saying the money want not deposited into the bank and the next day which is today (*rd may ****) he said that they still cant ship the product without another payment if RS. **,*** LKR nor they can refund me the total amount that i paid RS. **,*** LKR. Therfore i reached out to you to ensure i get my payment back immediately. For more proof of this transaction i want your response onto this message so that i can send you sufficient proof to recover my money from him! The agen in China, Guanzhuo is Ward Robert!
