The issue in GetHuman-getdul's own words
WE purchased a ** inch Samsung TV in September. It stopped working around the first of April. I have been in contact with Samsung Customer Service and they had me do several tests. They sent me a * connect box and that didn't help. They sent a service tech today and he said that the TV needed a new screen. We went to Best Buy today to see if they would just replace the TV, and they told us since we had not purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty, they could not help us. They told me to contact Samsung and get an authorization number and they would replace it. I contacted Samsung Support and they told me to go to Best Buy to get a replacement. No one seems to want to help us.
