Purchase and install a laundry unit ... The initial installers arrived without the correct parts, blamed it on a manufacturer defect and left, after which is saw significant scratch marks on the units indicating they had been possibly dropped in transit.
I had already waited three weeks to get an install and now had to wait three more, take another day off of work for another install team. And i have a seat l seriously scratched unit that's highly visible in my kitchen
I went with best buy because i ***umed service. I've logged complaints with everyone I've touched and no one has offered anything other than an apology. I would like some recognition that i did not get the product (unscratched) or service i was promised at payment
