The Mobile phone associate (Tanzim) - half way through the conversation swore at (Said - Shut the F*** Up), despite me being courteous. He kept displaying passive aggressive behavior as well. My case was long and complicated but I had been on my best behavior (used appropriate and decent language), and apologized for taking his time. I would like an apology
