our church contracted an installer through Guitar Center in Baton Rouge Louisiana to install a new sound system which included a Behringer x**,new speakers, new shure microphones and new wiring. less than a year later it goes out. the install which told us he would have a loaner board in case it ever was necessary would not call us back. we found out from guitar center that he has gone out of business. He never mailed in the warrenty papers on the x** he sold us through guitar center. we had to call in another sound company to get back up and running which included us buying another x** board with no help from anyone on the first one we paid a lot of money for. we want to talk to someone from Behringer that has authority about this situation soon. we need answers asap.
