The issue in GetHuman-mmvee's own words
I returned a package for exchange( order* BBB*********) to Walgreens, Kearny,NJ on there. June**th. From there it went to Jersey city(*:**) At *:** still in Jersey City - Shipment exception, barcode label unreadable and replaced. Left Jersey City at **:**. Next stop, June **th *:**AM Keasbey,NJ. Left Keasbey,NJ at *:**. Last stop June **th *:**PM Port Reading,NJ and signed for by Z Rodriguez. Never to be heard of again. Tracking *************. I left for vacation on June ** and returned July ** expecting a return package from Bed Bath and Beyond. My front porch camera showed no deliveries and the person who take in my mail and deliveries said nothing came. I tried contacting FedEx and they could not understand the problem. All they said was that it was delivered and that it was signed for.

GetHuman-mmvee did not yet indicate what BedBathandBeyond.com should do to make this right.
