My order number is BBB********** and I purchased a scale: (product number **********************.) I received the scale I ordered today. It came to me in a BAG, and the box was literally CUT IN HALF and the scale is cracked on one of the feet. Is that how Bed Bath and Beyond mails its products? As a customer, I find the lack of care for my purchases to be disrespectful and rude. How can you justify shipping a GLASS SCALE in an BAG? The inevitable outcome of that action was the damage to my order. Who packs a GLASS SCALE in a BAG instead of a box with styrofoam? The condition of the box also indicates that the scale was used, and that it had been taped up and sent to me as a new product. Who sends a used product in a damaged product box to someone who paid for a new item? I have pictures of the box, the damage to the scale, and the bag you sent it in if you would like them. I I want my money refunded, a new scale sent to me and I want it packed carefully and IN A PROPER SHIPPING BOX.
