The Bed Bath & Beyond return policy for online purchases grants you the freedom to easily return items that may not meet your expectations. You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to return most online items, either by mail or at any Bed Bath & Beyond store. If you choose to return by mail, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. However, if the item was damaged or defective upon arrival, Bed Bath & Beyond will cover the return shipping fees. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation for a full refund. If you don't have a receipt, Bed Bath & Beyond will do their best to locate your order using other information provided. For further details, please refer to our Returns page.
