I placed an order for an Instapot *BBB********** on July **th. I received an email that it arrived on July **th. However it was not delivered to my house or to any of my neighbors. When I spoke with a representative on July **th , they filed a claim on my behalf and said they would reorder another instapot and it would be sent to my home. The case *******-******. I have not received any updates since then. Can you tell me the status of my order?
