I purchased approximately $*** of Nevaeh white dishes (** individual pieces) in your store. Of those **, I received **% off of * pieces. When checking out, I asked the associate at the register if I could come back in with additional coupons in order to receive additional discounts. Her response was “yes, just bring in your original receipts.” NO time frame in which this needed to occur was stated. Upon returning to the store approximately two weeks later with my coupons, I was told that I was beyond the allotted time frame to receive any additional discounts.**I looked on the receipts and the web and could not find any information stating this stipulation. I was told that this new rule took effect last summer. **In addition to not being able to get any additional discounts, when I purchased these ** pieces, I ended up taking the dishes over to the bridal counter (not a bridal purchase) and wrapping them myself as the line was forming behind me and no one came to assist the young gal at the checkout.**It is the responsibility of BBB to make sure their employees state the policy accurately when asked about getting a coupon adjustment. Everyone’s time is valuable, and unfortunately my time was wasted and my client did not deserve the discount they deserved.**Luann Parks
