Help with my Barnes & Noble issue
The issue in GetHuman-agaenter's own words
Buy a book ... I recently tried to shop in the Barnes and Noble store at Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake, Va. First, I had to go to two assistants to find the book I wanted to purchase since the first person simply pointed to an area of the store and was to busy to actually walk me to the location. Then when I went to check out, I found only one register open and ** people lined up waiting. Needless to say, I took the book back to the person who assisted me and informed them of why i was not making a purchase. Your problem, I believe , is not that you are not stocking the correct type of books, rather that you are not hiring the right types of people.*Ordered the book from Amazon , two day delivery.
How to serve the client
I resolved it I bought the book from Amazon as I indicated.
