I was in a Barnes & Noble this morning with no lines, great! Although the cashier Caitlin A. was not helpful at all, she asked if I was a member, I said no. Not knowing I could have saved money if I became one. She didn't ask and said nothing else to us while checking out, not hello, not thank you, nothing - Happy Holidays Barnes & Noble - we will never return because of your horrible customer service. My money is better spent on companies that give a dang.
