Was given no warning of an auto renewal of a subscription I intended to cancel. The auto renewal overdrew funds from my account and I needed that money for medical bills, rent, and getting my dogs food. I know it isn't a lot but I needed it. I have been attempting to contact customer service of BarkBox since around *am-*am this morning and have received no response whatsoever besides automated responses... I truly need this money back it is extremely important and I have been panicking all day trying to contact them...
