I am being charged a monthly fee on my account when I’ve never even charged before. BankMobile didn’t notify me of this change nor have they done this in the past. Bankmobile shouldn’t implement new fees without consulting the customer first. I want the fee to be taken away because it doesn’t make sense. I’ve never been charged before in the past two years I’ve had my account so why are they starting to charge now.
GetHuman-paolaani did not yet indicate what BankMobile should do to make this right.
